Usernames And Passwords

Always lowercase when entering your username and password. Do not put spaces before or after.

Log Out Every Night

Back all the way out of the system every night so it can update and refresh properly.

Search Accurately

When searching for a movie or show, input the name exactly as it appears on the internet. If the system says it’s not there it’s most likely just spelled wrong.

On Demand Channels & Loading

Some channels are On Demand, they only play when someone wants to watch. Because they connect when requested they can take longer to load. Give it a minute and it will load up.

Update Playlist ( If Needed)

The app updates automatically but if it doesn’t:
Go to App Settings → Playlist
Click the service you have (UltraMax, USA, 8KMax etc)
Click Update Playlist and let it update

STILL HAVING ISSUES?

Try this before contacting support:

• Unplug your home router for 30 seconds
• Plug it back up
• This will refresh your internet signal and can resolve many streaming issues
