All subscriptions are prepaid.
Subscription begins once your account has been activated.

Account Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. Sharing your account with more connections than your subscription allows may result in suspension or termination of service.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are only considered within the first 24 hours of purchase if the service cannot be activated due to a verified technical issue on our end. Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues, internet problems, or customer misuse.
Supported Devices
Our service supports Firestick, Android TV, Smart TVs, Android devices, iOS devices, Windows, macOS, MAG devices, and other compatible IPTV applications.
Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to:
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems.
- Abuse or interfere with our servers.
Service Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime, occasional maintenance or unexpected interruptions may occur. We are not liable for outages beyond our control.
